What is the Portsmouth Street Art Project?

Led by Ronnie Williams, Portsmouth Street Art Project (PSAP) is a team of local artists bringing graffiti and street art styles to the forefront of the arts & culture movement in Portsmouth, Ohio. We’re collaborating with local businesses and residents on community-driven arts projects and events that encourage transformation and self-expression.

In collaboration with the City of Portsmouth, our “Free Wall” is a section of Portsmouth’s floodwall reserved specifically for public graffiti and street art use. We highly recommend photographing your finished artwork, as it could be painted over at any time to make room for new content.

Show us what you create! Upload your “Free Wall” art to social media using our hastags #psap #freewall
